All artworks are packaged by MesonArt following our standardized packaging process.
Ships in a tube (Canvas items only): Your painting will arrive rolled in a high-quality hard paper tube. This method is especially safe for oversized works and also helps reduce shipping costs. Rolled canvas works can be easily stretched onto wooden stretcher bars or framed by a local framer upon arrival. For works on paper, we strongly recommend sending them directly to your framer for careful, professional unrolling immediately upon delivery.
Ships in a cardboard box (Small-sized stretched/framed artwork): Small artworks that are stretched or framed will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We ensure that your artwork is shipped according to our high standards, with ample internal support to keep it secure during transit from MesonArt to your home.
Ships in a crate (Large-sized stretched/framed artwork): Large artworks are shipped in a custom-built wooden crate. The crate is designed for safe international shipping and includes packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to hold the artwork firmly in place. The crate is tightly sealed to ensure your artwork arrives safely.
Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order,
please contact us at Info@mesonart.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact us at Info@mesonart.com or log into your account to request a cancellation.

Absolutely! Mesonart organizes and ensures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.
We will ship to the address you provided in your order. Typically, we coordinate the delivery date with the recipient whose name you listed. If the artwork is intended as a surprise or gift, please let us know so we can accommodate that.
Returns and Exchanges
Hassle-free returns and exchanges.
You can return your painting for a FULL refund or request a replacement just as easily as making a purchase.
We want you to be completely satisfied! If, for any reason, you are not happy with the painting you received, you may return it in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt. Please contact Info@mesonart.com
Once we receive your returned item, it can take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund.
For PayPal account holders, it may take up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.
For credit card refunds, the transaction may take 7–14 business days to complete, depending on your bank’s processing times.
We carefully pack all paintings in strong paper tubes, and they normally arrive safely. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during shipping.
VERY IMPORTANT: Unpack the package in front of the courier. If the painting is damaged, please follow the steps below:
Ask the courier to write “the item is damaged/broken” or something similar on the waybill. You may keep the package after both you and the courier confirm the damage.
Take clear photos of the damaged package (all sides) and the painting itself. Send them to us so we can handle the courier company and arrange a replacement painting immediately.
If the courier leaves the package at your door and you cannot inspect it in person, skip step 1 and proceed directly with step 2.
Keep the damaged painting and its packaging until the issue is fully resolved.

Mesonart currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments made through PayPal.
Q: I don’t have a PayPal account. What should I do?
A: You can still pay with your credit or debit card via PayPal without having a PayPal account. Here’s how:
Click “Check out with PayPal”. You’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of logging in, select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”.
Fill in your billing and credit card information.
Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
Click Continue to return to MesonArt. Your payment is not sent until you click “Submit Order” on Mesonart.
Please note that once your order arrives in the destination country, local guidelines apply, and your order may be subject to import taxes and duties. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
If needed, we are happy to support any necessary communication with customs to provide information regarding your order.
For clients in the United States: Orders with an import value under $800 USD are duty-free.
